Every proof, checked against your brand book

Write your rules once. AI reviewers read each image and website you send for review, quote what breaks a rule and mark it on the proof, before your team spends a minute on it.

Why AI reviewers

Your reviewers should judge the idea, not hunt for typos

Without AI reviewers

  • Senior reviewers spend round one on spelling and wording
  • The brand book lives in a PDF nobody opens
  • A missing “T&Cs apply” is spotted after launch
  • Every reviewer checks against a different memory of the rules

With AI reviewers

  • Simple mistakes are caught before anyone opens the proof
  • Your brand book becomes a reviewer on every project
  • Required lines and banned claims are checked on each version
  • Everyone works from the same written instructions

Four brand slips, caught in one pass

We gave an AI reviewer the six rules of a coffee brand’s style guide and one Instagram post. These are its findings, in the places it marked them.

  1. 1

Brand name written in all caps

Your rule: Write the brand name as “Ovella”. Never all caps.

    OVELLAOvella
  2. 2

    “Cold Brew” capitalised mid-sentence

Your rule: Write “cold brew” in lower case, except at the start of a sentence or headline.

Our new Cold Brew is steeped for 18 hours…Our new cold brew is steeped for 18 hours…
  3. 3

    Health claim “healthiest”

Your rule: No health or performance claims.

The healthiest way to start your morning!A delicious way to start your morning!
  4. 4

Call to action reads “Shop now”

Your rule: Every call to action reads “Order on the Ovella app”.

Shop now →Order on the Ovella app

Write the rules. Run the check. Make the call.

Reviewers are shared across your organisation, so a rule written once is applied the same way on every project.

01

Write your rules in plain language

Copy the rules from your brand book, or write new ones as a simple list. Give the reviewer a name, icon and colour your team will recognise.

02

Run it on any proof

Open the AI review tab and run one reviewer or several. Each one shows its result at a glance for the version you are looking at.

03

Address it or dismiss it

Fix what matters and mark it addressed. Disagree? Dismiss it. Every decision is saved with your name and the time.

Evidence you can check in a second

A finding is never just “something looks off”. It names the problem, quotes the exact text, explains the rule it breaks and suggests a correction. Select Show on proof and ProofNow draws it on the artwork.

  • Boxes and pins placed on the exact words
  • Notes explain anything the reviewer could not read or assess
  • Run it again on the next version and compare with earlier checks

One reviewer for every rule you care about

Mix and match the checks your team needs. Here are a few ideas, and you can write any rule of your own.

  • Spelling & grammar

Typos and grammar slips in UK or US English, without flagging your product names.

  • Brand guidelines

Your brand name written the right way, the words you prefer and the phrases you never use.

  • Tone of voice

Copy that sounds like you. Warm, simple and free of jargon, or however your brand speaks.

  • Claims & legal lines

Claims you are not allowed to make, a missing “T&Cs apply” and offer end dates.

  • Local markets

Every line in the right language for the market, with local spelling such as colour or color.

  • Campaign details

The agreed call to action, campaign name and hashtags on every asset.

Or anything else you can put into words

A reviewer follows the rules you write in plain language, so a check can be whatever matters to your team or your client.

  • “No competitor names”
  • “Every price shows the £ sign”
  • “Dates written as 1 June, not 01/06”
  • “#OvellaSummer on every social post”
  • “Product names exactly as on the packaging”

AI checks first. Your team decides.

AI can make mistakes, so ProofNow treats every finding as advice. The reviewer explains itself, you stay in charge of what happens next.

Advice, never approval
Each check tells you whether the work meets your guidelines and how sure it is. Only people can approve a proof or ask for changes.
Only your team sees it
Clients and other outside reviewers see your team’s comments and decisions, never the AI findings.
Off until you switch it on
You choose which projects use AI. Work in every other project is never sent to it.

AI reviewer questions

Can an AI reviewer approve a proof?
No. AI reviewers only give advice. They point out what breaks your rules and how sure they are, and your team decides what to do. Approvals and change requests always come from people.
What can AI reviewers check?
Anything you can put into words and see in the work: spelling and grammar, brand wording, claims you can’t make, required legal lines, calls to action, tone of voice or language. Each reviewer follows the rules you write and only reports problems with those rules.
Which files can be reviewed?
Images such as social posts, ads, banners and email headers saved as JPG, PNG or WebP, and websites. A website is checked on each screen size you choose, and a mistake that appears on several sizes is only reported once.
Do clients and guest reviewers see AI findings?
No. Only your team sees AI findings. Clients and other outside reviewers see your team’s comments and decisions.
How are AI reviews billed?
Every paid plan includes 500 AI credits each month, and the 14-day free trial includes 50. A typical check uses a fraction of one credit. AI stays off until you turn it on for a project.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes, so every finding quotes the words it refers to and explains which of your rules it breaks. You can see it marked on the proof, then mark it as addressed or dismiss it. Your choice is saved in the proof’s history with your name and the time.
